Housing first: Is it the answer to homelessness?

We continue to keep a close eye on the encampments across the province, including two in our major cities. While there is no simple solution, a lot of advocates are pushing for a housing-first initiative, including Jordan Varey, Executive Director of the Phoenix Residential Society. He joins us to talk about the work the organization does and what more is needed to help people find stability.
