HOT CARES - SAM SOJA

Loading player...
A Hot91.9FM listener who travels the backroads in Chartwell has, over the past few months, watched Sam Soja carry little Jean, who is 16 months old, to and from school. Whether its freezing cold in winter, or pouring with rain, Sam makes sure that little Jean attends school without fail.

Sam walks approximately 10km to school and then back home again and returns in the afternoon to collect her. Our listener will often give him a lift if he sees them, but as his schedule varies, he’s only able to help on those few occasions and would like to find a way to make it safe and sustainable for Jean and Sam to commute without incident.
