Themba started Mbhuduma Business Solutions, an accounting, audit, and consulting firm in 2014 whilst still fully employed. He underwent vigorous professions’ compliance and entrepreneur training from SAIBA, SAICA, and SAAA affiliation body. In 2018 he built networks with established Accounting Firms and business that assisted in capacitating and growing my business. In 2019 he joined the Black Umbrellas’ enterprise development program. The business has created footprint around Gauteng, Mpumalanga, and North West.
