My name is Shirley and I am the Upside Down Widow. A wife, a mother who lost her husband at 52. My life was thrown upside down as I tried to navigate this new life without my best friend, my partner and my everything. This podcast aims to bring hope to other young widows that are feeling alone and unable to think of a life alone. There is hope, there is life after you loose your spouse.
