The Upside Down Widow

My name is Shirley, a widow, a 54 year old widow, a widow who lost her person, her best friend too soon and too young. This is a space where I want to share my grief and my new journey in the hope that it will help other widows. I would like this podcast to be a beacon of light to others as they navigate widowhood. I want to be an inspiration that will hopefully show others that you can do more than just survive widowhood, you can create a life that is full and happy.
