"I've been told I'm a bad friend because..." - KZN Listener

As adults, we are all aware that time is precious and we need to work hard at maintaining the relationships in our lives in-between raising families, juggling work and taking care of ourselves.

That's why, unfortunately, something that tends to suffer in this whirlwind of life, is our friendships.

It might not even be a conscious decision or an obvious thing. We might not even realise we're neglecting this part of our lives until we wake up one day and notice an empty space that wasn't there before.

How often do you talk to your closest friends?

When was the last time you really asked them how they are doing and spent time listening to them vent or share?
