Keeping hope alive, even in times of tragedy!

--:--
On Thursday the 27th of September, Karen Landi became a crime statistic. The day started like any other for her… some charity work, looking after South Africa’s most vulnerable, and most importantly teaching the youth of today to be better tomorrow.

Little did she know that as the sun set, she would be beaten, bruised and pushed to the brink of breaking in a violent hijacking that forced her to look fear right in the eye and come to terms that those moments could be her last on earth.

Her story is heartbreaking, tragic and somehow inspiring.

She refuses to be a victim of this crime. She refuses to change the way she sees our country and our people because of three men who chose to viciously beat, assault and terrorise her.

She believes those three men do not make up South Africa and she joins the Good Things Guy Jacpod to tell us her story of survival and hope.

This is a must listen interview, one that will leave you in tears and somehow inspire you along the way:
