Bafana Bafana rued their missed chances in the opening game of the 2025 COSAFA Cup, currently being played in Bloemfontein.
Yesterday, the Mambas of Mozambique stunned South Africa 1-0 at the Toyota Stadium.
South Africa created countless chances in the first half but failed to find the back of the net.
Antonio Sumbane broke the deadlock with the winning goal for Mozambique in the 73rd minute.
Bafana coach Vela Khumalo told OFM Sport that not converting their chances ultimately led to their downfall.
