Most investors are doing too much and it's costing them.
A 2025 study analysed 130 years of data across 39 countries and found that a 100% stock portfolio outperforms the traditional stock-and-bond approach over a lifetime. It also found that investors with zero bonds can reach the same retirement outcomes while saving significantly less each month.
In this episode I also share why checking your portfolio less often leads to better returns, and why the best investors are not the most active ones.
