Women’s Month gives us an opportunity to talk about women, celebrate women and shine a light on issues that affect us — but when it comes to women’s health, this conversation shouldn’t end when August does.

How many women have experienced painful periods and simply been told, “That’s normal”? How many have felt exhausted for months, noticed changes in their cycle, experienced unexplained symptoms or struggled with pain, but kept going because there was always something or someone else to prioritise?
