Are women safe anywhere?

For many women in South Africa, everyday activities can involve an additional calculation: Where am I going? Who is around me? Is it safe? And what happens if something goes wrong? The discovery of another woman’s body in Gauteng has once again brought the issue of women’s safety into the
spotlight.
