While Stacey and J Sbu were enjoying some Maroon 5, they received a call, seemingly from the East Coast Radio Fugitive...

Nope, it was Josh Pillay. He located the elusive character outside Westham Bakery in Phoenix, asked him the magical question and walked away with R10 000.
