'Motorists warming up to e-tolling system'

Sanral says more motorists have warmed up to the controversial e-tolling system. It was introduced in Gauteng in December 2013, but many road users are still adamant they won't pay to use the province's highways, calling e-tolls daylight robbery.
Sanral CEO Nazir Alli says the road agency is only the messenger implementing government policy of funding infrastructure development through the user-pay principal.
