Heated debate over way forward with land amendmend Act

OFM News’ agri editor Sabrina Dean spoke to Agri SA’s Annelize Crosby about the way forward following a recent Constitutional Court judgment declaring the Restitution of Land Rights Amendment Act invalid. She says there was very heated debate during a meeting of the Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform on Wednesday. In this interview she provides background information and also paints a picture of some of the pros and cons going forward.
