Nkwinti: Land ceilings were a political decision

Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform Gugile Nkwinti was at yesterday’s joint congress of Afasa and Nerpo to engage with farmers.
In this extract from his speech he explains that the land ceiling announcement was a political decision.
He also mentions the recapitalisation programme, saying he is happy it is going to be taken over by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
