The Public Protector’s State of Capture report is just the tip of the iceberg.

The leader of the EFF in the Free State, Kgotso Morapela says it is understandable that former Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela stuck to the scope of the investigation, but that even more shocking findings could be expected in especially three provinces during the Commission of Inquiry, as stipulated in the report.

Morapela says the findings on Mineral Resources Minister Mosebenzi Zwane, a former MEC in the Free State, is already an indication of what could be expected in the province.
