Aids activist attempts to break 53rd world record

Record-breaking Aids activist Andre van Zijl is at it again! He is attempting to break his 53rd world record, by staying on a quad bike for 50 hours non-stop. Some of Van Zijl's previous exploits include spending two weeks in a Jacuzzi, pumping petrol for 1 000 hours and disco dancing non-stop for 345 hours.

With his latest attempt, Van Zijl hopes to raise awareness and funds for cancer and epilepsy research, as well as the SPCA.
