Sempe on bogus delegates

Despite yesterday’s High Court ruling barring the Free State Provincial Executive Committee and delegates from 14 branches in the province from participating, the party members responsible for the court application believe several illegitimate delegates have made their way to the ANC National Elective Conference which kicks off in Johannesburg today, and could taint the legitimacy of the congress.
