The brook might get dry
--:--
Dr. Zeblone Mavunda reflects on the passage from 1 Kings 17:5-7, which says, “Some time later the brook dried up because there had been no rain in the land.” He reminds us that even when circumstances seem to dry up or we face moments of uncertainty, God is still very much alive and in control. In times of hardship or when our resources seem to run out, we may begin to question our calling or wonder if God is still with us. But just as God provided for Elijah in the midst of a drought, He remains faithful and present, even when our situation appears bleak.
